Cookie Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in the browser of whoever visits it. There are similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, which work the same way and which this policy also covers.

How consent works on this website

  • On your first visit a notice appears with three options of the same size and prominence, Reject, Customise and Accept.
  • Until you choose, the website loads no third-party service and stores no analytics or marketing cookies.
  • If you reject, it stays that way.
  • Under “Customise” you can choose by category. No optional category is pre-selected.
  • You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link in the footer of every page. When you withdraw a category, the website deletes the cookies and local storage of that category that it is able to delete, and the page reloads. Cookies stored on the providers’ own domains (see below) can only be deleted in the browser settings.
  • Your choice, accept or reject, lasts 182 days (6 months). After that, or if this policy changes the purposes, we ask again.
  • We keep a record of each choice as proof of consent, with a random identifier, the date and time, the choice per category, the policy version and the language. The record does not include the IP address.
  • Google’s advertising signals (storage, user data and ad personalisation) are always denied, whatever you choose.
  • Google Maps on the contact pages only loads if you click “Show map”. At that moment Google receives your IP address and may store its own cookies.

Cookies and storage used

List taken on 28 October 2026 in a clean browser, before and after accepting.

Necessary (always active)

People logged in to the website’s admin area (Clevidence and Dash Digital staff) also receive the WordPress and Wordfence session cookies. Visitors do not.

Analytics (only with consent)

Microsoft Clarity also only loads with Analytics consent. With the current setup it measures without storing cookies in the browser, so it has no rows in this table. It communicates with a.clarity.ms, scripts.clarity.ms and www.clarity.ms, owned by Microsoft.

Marketing (only with consent)

Apollo.io uses the IP address to identify the company or organisation it belongs to. It communicates with assets.apollo.io and aplo-evnt.com.

When you accept, Apollo.io also stores a cookie on its own domain. The website cannot delete it, only the browser settings can.

Advertising

The website stores no advertising cookies. There are Google Ads conversion measurement tags, but Google’s advertising signals are always denied, so they store no cookies and the email and phone from the form are not sent to Google.

How to delete cookies in the browser

Besides the “Manage cookies” link, you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. You can find instructions on the help pages of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
